Getting Help

If something does not work as expected, include the page you were on, your device type, browser or app version, and the room code if the issue happened during multiplayer.

Common Checks

• Refresh the page or restart the app.
• For rooms, ask the host to tap Go if the question is still queued.
• For invite links, make sure the room code is still active and typed correctly.
• Check system health.
